To meet the requirements of the Central Bank of Brazil and ensure the protection of user data, Vinco will work with a third-party company specialized in identity verification and regulatory compliance, in compliance with the recent Law number 14478/2022, and international rules for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

The KYC process is important to ensure that Vinco complies with applicable laws and regulations, as well as to protect the platform from fraudulent or illegal activities.
